  Building permits:  Building Permits ARE NOT required,  but you MUST obtain a Land Use Permit from Waupaca County Zoning Department before building ANY Structure.  Any new homes are required to be inspected by the UDC Inspector, Paul Hanlon.

 How much does it cost to rent the town hall for an event?
       All residents of the town may use the town hall, contact the town clerk for availability.   The fee for using the hall is $50.00 plus $25.00 deposit  with signed contract.
