  Building permits:  Building Permits ARE NOT required,  but you MUST obtain a Land Use Permit from Waupaca County Zoning Department before building ANY Structure.  Any new homes are required to be inspected by the UDC Inspector, Paul Hanlon.

 How much does it cost to rent the town hall for an event?
       All residents of the town may use the town hall, contact the Town Clerk for availability.   The fee for using the hall is $50.00 plus $25.00 deposit  with signed contract.

Notice of Public Records:

The Town Clerk is the designated Custodian of the Records for the Town of Little Wolf.  The public may obtain information and access records in the custody of the Clerk, by written or oral request, with 48 hour notice.  Cost of Records is :

              Photocopies:  $0.25 per page                                 

              Reproduction of an Audio Tape:  $3.00

              Reproduction of a Video Tape:   $5.00

              CD download:  $3.00 per disk

Research Charge:  If the records requested are not readily accessible and research time is necessary to compile the records, a research fee will be chargedif the cost of locating the records exceeds $10.00.  The research fee will be calculated at $10.00 per hour.  If a copy of a record or printout is to be shipped, the actual cost of shipping will be charged in addition to any copy and/or research costs.  If the total charge exceeds $5.00, prepayment of all charges will be required.   Requests are to be made to the Clerk.
